Every new client begins with The Foundation Phase — a focused four-week coaching experience designed to create clarity, confidence, and momentum from the very start.

The Foundation Phase includes:

  • Initial Evaluation Session — to understand your goals, movement patterns, and current performance.

  • Personalised Training Plan — built around your lifestyle, experience, and the time you actually have.

  • 1–3 Private Coaching Sessions per Week — delivered from our high-quality facilities in Canary Wharf or London City (Bank).

  • Nutritional Guidance — simple, sustainable strategies that support your progress without overcomplicating your routine.

  • Ongoing Support & Accountability — between-session guidance, habit tracking, and clear direction every step of the way.

By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have:

  • a clear understanding of how to train efficiently and safely,

  • visible progress in strength, energy, and movement quality, and

  • a roadmap for what comes next — whether continuing 1-1 coaching, hybrid support, or transitioning online.
