Two written deliverables you keep regardless of what you decide next:

  • Body Audit Report — every finding documented and explained. A reference point you'll return to.

  • Nutrition Blueprint — a practical framework built around how you actually eat and what your life allows. Not a meal plan. A system.

The 3-Month Performance Pathway

This is where the work happens.

Built entirely from your Performance Insight data, your 3-Month Performance Pathway is a structured, coached programme designed to produce measurable, objective change — in your strength, your movement, your body composition, and your energy.

Not a generic plan adapted to fit you. Built from scratch, around you, from day one.

What's included across 12 weeks:

  • 24 or 36 Private Coaching Sessions — 2 or 3 sessions per week, every one following your bespoke programme and building on the last. Every session teaches you something.

  • Weekly Check-In System — structured touchpoints every week. Momentum, accountability, and course-correction built into your routine without adding to your load.

  • Mid-Point Review at Week 6 — a dedicated check-in at the halfway mark. What the data tells us, what's working, and what we sharpen for the second half.

  • Full 3-Month Retest — at the close of the programme, we retest every marker from your Body Audit. Objective proof of what 12 weeks of consistent, coached work produces.

£350 — a one-off payment, to get a window into how we work. Credited in full if you go ahead with the 3-Month Performance Pathway.
