This is where most clients begin. You may feel stiff, run-down, or disconnected from your body after long hours at a desk, periods of stress, or inconsistent training.
In the Reconnect phase, we focus on movement quality, awareness, and fundamentals — helping you move better, feel safer training, and establish habits you can actually maintain.
Rebuild
Develop strength, fitness, and structure.
Once movement feels better and pain is under control, we begin building physical capacity. This phase is about getting stronger, fitter, and more resilient — with training that fits your lifestyle.
You’ll follow a structured programme designed to create momentum, consistency, and confidence without burning you out or taking over your week.
Refine
Train with precision and purpose.
In the Refine phase, we shift from general progress to specific improvement. Training becomes more tailored, more efficient, and more intentional.

Sustain

Sustain is about maintaining progress without dependency. By this stage, training is part of your identity — not a chore.

The Consult

We clarify goals, training history, constraints, and success criteria.
Outcome: a clear plan and next steps (in-person or online).
The Nutrition Consult
(30mins)
A supportive conversation focused on understanding your eating habits, your relationship with food, and how to make small, sustainable improvements. We’ll cover the fundamentals of good nutrition, remove confusion created by diet culture, and identify 1% changes that fit your lifestyle and goals.
The aim?
Better energy, better performance, and a healthier long-term approach to eating — without restriction or food rules.
The Orientation
(60-75 min)
Baseline assessment: InBody body composition, movement quality, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Outcome: your starting profile and placement on the Performance Pathway.
The Foundation Phase
(6-weeks)
Your first structured block with weekly coach contact, tailored programming, and habit focus via our Members Hub.
Outcome: quick wins, restored confidence, and momentum with a plan that fits your week.
The Build Phase
(Ongoing)
Progressive training cycles (in-person, online, or hybrid) with weekly check-ins and monthly reviews.
Outcome: measurable improvements in strength, body composition, energy, and pain-free performance.
Review & Retest
(Periodic)
Reassess key metrics, review lifestyle fit, and refine the plan to keep advancing.
