Jack Knight BSc (hons)

My coaching started with a childhood shaped by sport and a fascination with how the body moves. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2012, I went on to study Sport Science (Strength & Conditioning) in Cambridge, specialising in Biomechanics, Anatomy, Nutrition, and S&C. This gave me the tools to understand performance on a deeper level.

For over a decade, I’ve worked across private and corporate settings, including leading one of Europe’s largest corporate gyms at HSBC HQ in Canary Wharf, London and Lockeroom Gym in Sydney. At both, I developed education pathways for other coaches — something I still contribute to today.

JKPT was built on a desire to help people take back control of their health and move better, feel better, and perform better. I still love coaching 1-1 and continue to support amazing clients on that journey every day.

George Keach

My fitness career began in 2012 when I joined the Parachute Regiment at just 17. During my time in the British Army, I passed P-Company, completed parachute jump training, and deployed overseas to Kenya. After leaving the military in early 2017, I used the Army’s resettlement scheme to qualify as a coach and began my next career in fitness.

I started out in commercial gyms such as Virgin Active before taking on the role of Head Coach at Train Canary Wharf, leading small group training while continuing to support clients one-to-one. Alongside coaching, I’ve always pushed myself physically and mentally - from running both a marathon and an ultramarathon, to earning my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competing in the sport.

I bring a quietly competitive nature to everything I do, but I also believe training should be enjoyable. At JKPT, I aim to help people test their own limits while building confidence, strength, and resilience in the process.

Alex Mardapittas BSc (hons)

My journey into coaching started early — fuelled by a love for sport and competition, from football to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After a year of military service in the Special Forces of Cyprus, I went on to study Sport & Exercise Science at Swansea University, where I deepened my understanding of human movement and performance.

Alongside my studies, I threw myself into hands-on coaching and began to sharpen my skills. That path took me to Canary Wharf, where I joined a graduate programme with Fitness Mastery. I quickly progressed, becoming Studio Manager at Sweat Clubs and later overseeing the wider business — learning to lead in a high-performance environment.

Now at JKPT, I’m proud to be part of a coaching service built on care, quality, and real results. I thrive on helping people grow stronger, move better, and feel more confident — and I’m just getting started.
