Coaching is delivered from our Bank location inside Stone Fitness and follows a clear pathway from day one.
Step 1 — Discovery Call
A short 15–20 minute call to understand:
Your goals
Your workload and schedule
Any injury history
Whether we’re the right fit

Step 2 — The 6-Week Foundation Phase
Every client starts here.
The Foundation Phase is a structured onboarding designed to build momentum properly — not rush into random sessions.
It includes:
Strategy Consultation – define clear outcomes and realistic targets
Orientation & Baseline Testing – movement, strength, and body composition
Nutrition & Lifestyle Structure – practical guidance aligned to demanding careers
Personalised Training & Weekly 1:1 Coaching – progressive sessions built around your schedule
The aim of the first six weeks is simple:
Create clarity, consistency, and measurable progress.
By the end, you understand what works for you — and why.
Step 3 — Ongoing Coaching
From there, coaching becomes fully individualised and long-term.
We refine and progress around your work demands, travel, and recovery capacity.
No random workouts.
Just structured progression.
